Question about 1988 Ford F 150
First up.Is the oil recently changed.2nd is it the right type..3rd.Oil pressure will drop down when the engine is idling.If, when you give the engine a rev and the pressure builds straight back up,there is not a problem.Its normal.Cold oil will always give a higher pressure than hot oil.Check these few things and I hope this helps
