Question about 2004 Toyota Corolla
Sure check the fuses first either in the glove box under the dash on the side of the dash or under the hood labeled "fuse"as well most everything these days runs the lights and wipers through the turn-signal wiper arm but check these areas first then see if any change was discovered .....let me know otherwise we will dig a bit deeper into other possible issues
