Sure check the fuses first either in the glove box under the dash on the side of the dash or under the hood labeled "fuse"as well most everything these days runs the lights and wipers through the turn-signal wiper arm but check these areas first then see if any change was discovered .....let me know otherwise we will dig a bit deeper into other possible issues

My headlight on my volvo v4o isn't working i have replace bulb

If the fuse is OK it is probably Central Electronic Module. There are some relays in it that switch high-current deviced as headlights. The relays sometimes are dead after years of work. It is possible to replace only the relays (about 1 euro) instead of whole module (a few hundred euros at the dealer).

My 2007 headlights wont turn on

It is hard to say without checking your headlamp electrical circuits, but it sounds like you may have possibly installed the wrong bulb or installed it incorrectly and possibly blew a fuse.

HWhat's your problehm? headlights wont work

Run a wire from the ground lead on the headlight socket to the battery negative post, and see if that works. If you got 12v to the light and it isn't working, it almost has to be the ground.

1994 nissan pickup headlight issues wont turn on right side everything else works brother told me something about headlight possible relay issue and I hear a tick when pushing in contactor in steering...

I think the left and right side are powered separately on that vehicle. Check for a Red/Green wire for the left and Red/Black for the R at the steering column. Check for a possible blown fuse. That would be easiest. You could have a bad ground wire on that side as well.

Headlights wont turn on

The sound system was causing to much of an unpredictable power usage on the headlights and the fuse has blown as a safety precaution.
