You have to have your BCM (Body Control Module) reprogrammed to remove the Z55 code for the Autoride. You can't remove a light as the wanring message comes up on your message center LCd display on your dash.

Put the car on diagnostics and get to the root of the problem. Could be the ABS pump itself, misconection, etc.

High beam and low beam not working together.

I think you just need new bulbs in both sides. The High and low beam are in one bulb.

Need New Shocks

I would suggest that you put Monroe sense a track shocks on this truck. There is also an option for a spring assist load leveler shock for the rear that would give you a little firmer ride and help a lot when towing or loads. hope this helps...Chris

Just bought a 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6. The dash display said, "check traction system" and "check stabilization system," so we bought it "as is," to fix it ourselves. Our...

the check stabilization problem sounds like ur ride control meaning ur air shocks in rear leaking or faulty compressor. traction control is possiblt an erratic reading from one of ur 4 abs sensors/or rings, anyhow u need to get ur computer system scanned for a more accurate fault description and possibly fault codes which will b very important in solving ur issues. good luck

SERVICE AUTO RIDE LIGHT

This could be a bad shock absorber, a bad air compressor, a bad electrical connection or some other weird problem. Because of the expense of the repairs to the auto ride system, I would think about replacing the shocks with non-auto ride ones and living with the service light.

Service ride control

It's time to replace the rear shocks. There expensive like $250.00 and up each and if your not going to be towing, most people replace them with a good set of shocks and not the factor OEM air shock which you have for the auto ride height system. If your going to just buy and good set of normal gas shocks. Pull the fuse to     the auto ride system so the light on the dash is off.
Good luck and hope this helps. The auto ride system was there for towing heavy trailers to keep the ride hight. The rear suspension is actually soft so you have a soft ride and the shock keeps it from bouncing. If your not towing heavy or carring heavy loads, you should be fine with a conventional gas shocks and you may find it better. I found the Monroe Reflex shocks to be more stable then the OEM around corners and highway driving.

Push the interior light defeat button (by the headlamp switch) 4 times in a row. Auto headlights now off. To turn feature back on, push button 4 more times or turn truck off then restart.
