WHEN I SPEED MORE 70 MPH THE AC STARTS BLOWING HOT AIR FOR 10 SEC0NDS END THEN GO BACK TO COOL AIR.

Sounds like a leak in the Compresser lines and you lost some freeon. You need to have somone service the air conditioning system.Ford also has cutout switches on compresser on some models so when you call for full throttle it shuts off air momentarily so you have full power to pass someone.See if you truck has this switch.More than likly you need a system recharge.

Hi do 1999 ford expedition have a heat control valve and where

No they do not use a heater control valve, the expedition uses whats called a blend door which is driven by whats referred to as a blend door motor, which control's the air flow though the heater core or a/c evaporator to heat or cool the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

My heat is not working in my car. i tried first

There won't be a "valve" to put antifreeze in. There will be a radiator overflow tub. This will be located off the side of the engine compartment, near the front corner. (To locate, follow the overflow hose from the radiator cap to the catch tub.) You can replace radiator fluid in there, or in the radiator itself. That should get you some heat.

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition 4.6 and I have cleaned carbon out of the ports going to EGR valve and replaced the valve, but the car still bucks between 40 and 50 mph.????????????????????????

you could have a bad valve or bad piston rings. Try doing a compression test. IF valve is bad you can do a valve job on it. If rings are bad you ahve to rebuild the motor. A compression gauge is about $30 or $150+ to have it professionally done. It is simple to do, takes about an hour
