Take out fuse #13 on the passenger side for 30 seconds then replace it
Try lubing the sliding door with a white grease that honda dealers sell in the parts department. It's a shin-etsu silicone grease. Use it to grease the rubber seals
It could also just be the release cable is bad and needs to be replaced
