Heater control valve wont close all the way and is allowing hot water to flow into the heater core ad thats why you feel the heat.

Heater/ac power want come on

Try writing in english sentences please. If the a/c and heat don't Want to come on then they must not be inate objects. and therefore must have feelings and emotions. So try talking to the heating and air conditioning units in a soothing tone of voice. try coaxing them to come on with penut butter and jelly sanwiches or some other treat.

Car won't switch from AC mode to Heater

first check to see if the blend door motor is working if it is then the temp module may be the culprit , also check the heater hoses to see if they are hot on both side the inlet and the outlet you can do this by feeling them . let the car heat up to operating temperature then feel both hoses if one is cold and the other on is hot this indicates a flow problem , if this is the problem check the temperature of the engine , if the engine does not reach operating temp then replace the thermostat and then recheck engine temp , check the flow of the heater core , you can do this by pulling the hoses off and use a garden hose to push water through the heater core " do not turn the hose on high "

Heater blows no heat

  1. check to see if you have voltage to your blower motor with key on and blower motor switch selected to a speed setting
  2. if you have voltage, then your blower motor is faulty
  3. no voltage means that you have a blown fuse, bad relay, bad fan switch, or bad blower motor resistor.

Heat coming out even when ac is on ac is fully charged and also feel heat when i have everthing off

there is a vacuum actuated valve in line from the engine to the heater core, right on the firewall. a lot of times it is removed for less restriction. if you replace it and the vacuum lines are in tact it will cut the flow to the heater

Probably a blown fuse? Does the AC light come on when it's turned to MAX setting and the fan is on 1 thru 4 speed? It should.

I have a 1997 Bravada heat doesn't work new radiator, new water pump, new thermostat what else could be the issue for the heat not working still.

maybe the tap for allowing the water into the heater rad is not opening or the heater rad is blocked check the two hoses coming from the heater rad and see if they both feel the same heat when the engine is hot

I have no heat when I turn on my heater blower on a 99 silverado 1500

Two things come to mind one the flap on the inside of the air duct is not switching over to allow heat to come through. Second your heater core could have a blockage. Go under the hood find both heater hoses run your truck till it reaches normal operating temp then feel both heater hoses one at a time. If one feels very hot and the other feels cold or even luke warm you have a blockage. If they both feel hot then look into the duct works under the dash. There should be a valve that switches the door between your heater duct and your ac duct that may not be operating properly. Some valves are vacume actuated so look for a broken vacume line.

Most likely your A/C gas has run out or your A/C compressor is faulty. do you feel a drop in power when you engage the air conditioning?
