I have a 1996 suzuki wagon r , and changed the distributor /cam gasket , during install I moved the distributor wheel so it's out of time...how do I re align it?

Bring the #1 cylinder up to top dead center (TDC), to determine this remove the #1 plug, then rotate the engine with a large ratchet on the crank pulley and feel for air pressure in the cylinder plug hole, as the pressure increase watch the marks on the crank pulley, when you see TDC marking stop, at this point remove the distributor and align the distributor rotor with the distributor cap contact for #1 spark plug wire, and tighten it down. After that start engine and perform final timing set up with a timing light.

Why wont my toyota carina 2 ltr. E start its always been so good but we had one hard frost and the next day it would not start with a jump but did start with a tow, the following day went to start it

Not familiar with your specific engine so some of this may not apply. Generally, sounds as if whatever acts as a choke on your engine has failed. Most common would be a coolant temp sensor, cold start injector, or very likely a moisture related issue, such as bad plug wires, cracked distributor cap, etc.

48 cc 2 cycle engine seized while riding my motor

Oppsss.. sounds like the engine (piston/rings have made contact with the cylinder)-- the lack of oil in a two cycle is BAD..as we all know..
Sometimes -- Once the engine sits for a while, you can turn the engine over .. BUT its harder and it will not crank...sorry.. sounds like its time for a trip to a qualified professional..sorry.
You can check the compression...do this with it (with the carb/throttle) wide open and kick it over 8-10 times.. the gauge should read > 110PSI.

Cruise control quit working

Start with the fuse and if fuse is not blown check to make sure the CC circuit is actually turning on (cruise light when you arm the system) this will confirm you have power. If none of that backtrack to see where power stops. The CC is normally a vacuum controlled system so check under the hood an look for loose or disconnected vacuum lines to the CC unit.

I can't find which fuse runs the cruise control. My cruise just stopped working, light does not come on in dash when CC is engaged which led me to believe I've lost power to the unit ??????????? 2006...

There is not a fuse for the CC itself, only the brake light fuse and the speed control deactivation switch ( on the top of the brake pedal lever ).

The deactivation switch is from fuse # 14, 10A.

Did you change the Stop / Turn bulbs to LEDs without the load resistors ? Usually the CHMSL ( Center High Mount Stop Lamp ) as a standard bulb is enough to keep the CC working, when doing LED Stop / turn bulbs.

The deactivation switch has the switch in the closed position to the PCM, when the brake is off.
Could also be this switch if the fuse tests good with a meter.

Check for power on both sides of the deactivation switch

Fuse #14 - Light Blue w/ Pinks stripe wire - deactivation switch - black w/ yellow stripe wire - PCM.

The cruise control of my chevy venture 2001, does not work

Check the servo motor for a cracked vacuum line. This is the motor that pulles the throttle when you activate the cc.Also make sure that your brake light switch is not stuck on or out of adjustment.the switch turnes off your cc when you hit the brakes. there might be a seperate switch for the cc or even a vacuum dump switch.
