Question about 2005 Chrysler Town & Country
Rdebison is correct. This is caused by a firmware bug in the body control module (BCM). Have your dealer perform Chrysler Service Bulletin 08-040-04. It describe the symptoms, the affected firmware versions, and the upgrade process. We bought our 2005 T&C new, and the bug took over 3 years to show up. The firmware upgrade fixed it.
