FWD they are usually pretty simple just not alot of space to work with
they usually have one bolt or 2 depending on the year make and model you may have to undue the engine and lift it up with a jack to get better access but that's pretty much it

The drive belt for my 99/ chevy venture is broke

Check all of the pulley grooves for debris and run a wire brush over them a few times. Also check the tensioner by removing the bolt in the center of it. If it looks ok, still remove the bolt because you have a 90% chance that it will fall apart when you remove it. The bolt holds it together if they break internally so it doesn't leave you stranded somewhere.

Tensioner is not putting tension on the belt. Consequently, vehicle stopped running.

you might need a new part or your belt is to long or you might be putting the belt on wrong.

Tigthen belt on 03 chevy venture

the belt tensioner is responsible for keeping proper tension on the belt... a likely cause for the squeel is a belt slightly too long or a defective belt.
