This is what the code is P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow. what this most likely means is the area which contains and stores vapor emissions from you fuel tank and carburetor (if equipped) could be blocked or is in operative. the vapors are drawn into the engine and burned once you start your vehicle. P0441 has nothing to do with the gas cap. You may have a problem with the Leak Detection Pump, Purge valve or hoses connecting all of it together. Have a repair shop check it out. Guessing gets expensive.

under the hood usually to the right or left of the engine black in color with two lines coming out of the top of it it can be to the back of the engine near the fire wall or it can be up front near the battery.
