Your problem could be Rust in rear lights causing bad earth or shorting in parking lights or rear lights as plug shorting so.....unplug rear lights from plug to rear lights inc No plate light, switch on if still blows unplug both parking lights ....then OK so problem in f/p/lights,,connect up Left hand side ,,,still ok then problem in R/H/Parking light ,,,but dont forget when finnished to put them all back, and numberplate light as well (they are the most troublesome light)
Have a goodday

No lights,no radio. truck runs fine. in-line fuses and fuse box have none broken. head light pull switch has no power to it

unfortunately, just because the fuses are not broken does not mean that they are working properly, try that first, if that doesn't work, start at the battery and work your way down the wiring from there with a test light at the connections, you may have a wire that has broken inside of the insulation that you cannot see. I have had this happen to me.

I have a 1996 dakota with no tail lights. The brake lights work. I think it may be a fuse, but I don't have a manual to see what fuse it may be,????

Why would it be a fuse?
You have front parking lights? Then no fuse

If it was a fuse ---would that fix it -- NO it wouldn't
Why do fuses blow?

Have you even removed the tail light housing & checked the bulbs,
or checked the sockets for ground or under truck for wiring
harness issues?

Don't need a manual to check all fuses under the dash &
in the box near brake booster

Changed wiper motor when it blew the fuse. it worked about a day and now it blows the fuse even with the wiper switch off in need of the wiring diagram for an 87 dodge dakota wiper assembly

YOUR WIPER SWITCH HAS A SHORT OR THE WIRING GOING TO THE WIPER MOTOR HAS A SHORT.CHECK WIRING FOR BREAKS AND OPENS THAT WOULD CAUSE SHORTING.

96 dodge ram 2500 tail lights and instrument panel lights quit working at the same time all other lights work help please!!!

Check your tail light fuse, on the dodge ram the dash lights and tail lights use the same fuse so if the tail light fuse blows your dash lights will go out to alert you of no tail lights.

Back tail lights won't light up

check the bulbs, theyre probably the double filament bulbs and one can go out but not the other. If the bulbs are ok, check your fuses and tail light relay
