It is located either on the pass side where the axle goes into the trans or in the differential
The vehicle speed sensor is located on the transaxle (aka: transmission). If you know it is bad, purchase a new one and look for a similar sensor on the transmission.

You will have to get to it probably from under the car it will be located just to the right of the driver's side axle

It should be on the back of the transmission near where the driveshaft goes in. Buy a new one, jack up your truck and look for the old one on the back of the transmission

It has 2. One is backside of transfer case and the other is on top of transfer case.

Its in different locations depending on if its 2wd or 4wd. For 2wd its in front of the drice shaft or for 4wd its in the tranfer case, just look for a white shape like box with wires plugged into it and you need a socket to remove it, iam not sure how much it is to replace as the cost varies at different shops.

the speed sensor might be located on the rear differential or it might be located in or on the transmission.
