The brake fluid reseroir is located under the hood, in front of where the driver sits, it may have a yellow cap on a clear or white plastic tank.

As far as I know it should be on the left side of the engine compartment.

under the hood on the drivers side at the firewall under wiper over hang you will see a cap, usually yellow in colour, this is the master cylinder. you can see the full mark on the translucent reservoir. remove the cap and fill to level mark.

What kind of power steering fluid goes into chrysler grand voyager

Use ATF Plus (Type 7176) for your particular transmission, NOT Dexron, Mercon, or generic automatic transmission fluid, Chrysler transmissions do not like any other kind and tend to fail quite quickly with the wrong fluid).

Do i need to bleed the front brakes to change the brake pads, is there any thing special i need to know with the chrysler

No, but you should remove some fluid from the reservoir before collapsing the pistons or you might spill fluid out the reservoir.

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6016398-replacing_brake_pads_shoes . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.

My van is a chrysler voyager 2000 and its parking break light on the console has been lit on and off.

If it is just the red light that is on , and not red and yellow ABS , it is most likely the emergency brake pedal switch located on the top of the pedal , make sure the pedal fully retracts when released ,
Another possible cause could be low fluid in the master cylinder caused by worn brakes !
check your fluid first if its low check all your brakes .
