My driver side turn signal only works during the day

just on the dash right....... because your dash lights turned on and it changes the brightness of the dash lights, try rolling the little wheel down on the left and see if there is a change?

on the other hand if the outside blinker light fails to work at night the bulb might be burned out you should check it and the dash light might not work if bulb is burned
just turn on the lights turn on the key and blinker and go look?

I have a 1994 Buick Park Ave and the interior lights have just started coming on and off during the night for no reason and the car is not running.

These lights are actuated only by connection of the ground wire(white) to the body to complete the circuit. The only place these connections are made is at the door buttons and the rheostat on the dash that dims the dash lights also when knob is turned counter clockwise to dim the dash lights and clockwise to brighten them and on past that bright point to turn on the interior lights. One of the door wires may be bared and close to the body and arcing, making the lights come on and when the wire warms it pulls away from the body and lights go out. You need to remove the kick panel to access this wire and see if it's still plugged onto the back of the button connection and check for bare spots on wire.

How do I get my interior lights to quite coming on when the car is off?

Oh Miss Luz, there is a reason. Either the interior light button on the door is faulty, possibly the white wire(ground) has come off the button and is touching the body and turning the lights on, or the rheostat that turns them on is at fault and making the connection when your not looking. Either way, you have to have it checked out. Try the rheostat that turns the interior lights on and dims the dash lights when turned to the left. Turn it all the way to the left and leave it that way overnight. If the lights aren't on, you've found the culprit.

My 2000 Toyota Corolla headlights will not turn on during the night, and stay on during the day

Your Corolla has daytime running lights (DRLs). A photocell determines whether it is day or night. Your DRLs turn on automatically in daytime without you operating the light control ("headlight") switch. Your DRLs are actually your headlights on low beam. At night, the photocell senses it is dark and disables the DRLs. When you set the light control ("headlight") switch to HEAD, the head relay closes and the headlights should turn on. Since they don't, I suggest opening the engine room junction block and checking the 40A MAIN fuse and the 10A LEFT HEAD (UPPER) and RIGHT HEAD (UPPER) fuses. In engine room relay block 5, check the 10A LH-LWR HEAD and RH-LWR HEAD fuses. Replace any blown fuses and the headlights should be working normally again
