SOURCE: 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.2L timing,plug gap,firing order

You will find the spark plug gap and timing specifications listed on the vehicles emission label under the hood, and those specifications are the ones to be used on that vehicle and engine for that year, and no other specifications should ever take precedence over the specifications listed on the vehicles emission control label. Here is the firing order diagram for that engine, let me know if you require any further assistance, and I an curious as to how you got taken for $2,000.

SOURCE: i bought my truck 2007

This could be a "knotty" one.

I think, if I were you, I'd take numerous digital pictures of what you now have and then visit a salvage yard.

Find a truck like yours, and, as you disassemble the dash for removal, check against the pictures you have taken to try and identify anything that may be missing.

Good luck on this one!

SOURCE: I have a 2005 Dodge Minivan with a burned out bulb in the cluster

Drop the steering column down to it's lowest position. Pull up on the panel you mentioned in your question and it should snap off. The screws you need to remove should be revealed. The cluster should then slide out. Pretty quick and easy.

How do I replace the front foglight lamp on a Citroen Xzara Picasso?

Jack up front; remove road-wheel (support Picasso on axle stand).

Remove two large torx screws on lower edge of bumper and peel back wheel arch liner (wedge behind hub).

Remove small torx screw holding black plastic support piece below lamp.

Remove 4 torx screws on holder surrounding lamp, pull back holder and support piece and lift out lamp (minding hands on broken glass)

Note that the body coloured bezel will try to fall outwards at this point.

Fit new lamp and push bezel in at the same time.

Refit all screws in reverse order, refit wheel etc.

Low beams not working on 2006 dodge ram truck. Tested and both lights not getting any power. Can't find a fuse anywhere for them ?

I check for fuses under the hood in a box.

I found relays in the box for the parking and driver lamps, but not the low beams.

I would check the color of the wires leading to the low beams and try to match it up with the tables I sent you under 'circuit' column.

Circuit Breakers dod_ram_02-04_circuit_break.gif

prev.gif next.gif --- Integrated Power Module dod_ram15_02-04_ipm.gif

The integrated power module combines the power distribution center and the front control module. It is located in the engine compartment next to the battery.

Finally, I conclude the following may be the problem:
Removal & Installation To Remove:
  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
  2. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Negative battery cable
    • Left instrument panel bezel
    • Harness connector dod_trk_headlampsw.gif

    • Headlamp switch from the instrument panel bezel with the screws
To Install:
  1. Install or connect the following:
    • Headlamp switch to instrument panel bezel with the screws
      1. Torque to: 20 inch lbs. (2.2 Nm)
    • Wire harness connector
    • Left instrument panel bezel
    • Negative battery cable
