Question about Chrysler Sebring
Ignition module is bad.
Verify by jumpering the wires and attempt to start.

Check the engine ground wire that comes back to the battery negative. It is probably loose.

If you replaced ignition cylinder, then the keyfob may need reprogramming.
If that is not the problem, and ignition has already been reprogrammed then something must have done wrongly.
If you have not replaced ignition switch , then replace it and have it re-programmed.
If the problem is not ignition switch then it is ignition wiring.
