I have 94 toyota camry v6 xle 3.0 i have had this car for 2yrs and haven't had any issues. But one day I was driving and my oil light came on as I was on my way to the store to get oil my car shut off on...

Did you top up the oil? some cars will shut down when the oil light comes on it usualy turns off the fuel pump and is a safey design of the car to stop the engine in a roll over situation and can also save your engine if it runs low on oil.

Mercedes tail lights and brake lights stopped working

I hope I'm wrong, but sounds like a wiring harness malfunction possibility. Back in the late 70's, I had a '67 VW van. At night, when I'd turn off the ignition the engine would turn off, as it should IF I TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS, BUT IF i TURNED THE LIGHTS BACK ON AS THE ENGINE WAS SHUTTING DOWN, THE ENGINE WOULD RESUME RUNNING.

Hi my car wont start, after i get a jump it will run that hold day then the next morning nothing will come on no lights anything

your charging system is working okay or you would have to have it jumped more than once a have a bad battery that needs replacing as running it during the day the charging system keeps the battery charged up enough to could have a drain on the battery from something in the car that is not shutting down that you will have to have checked out.or sitting over night the battery runs down to the point that it needs to be jumped started if its an old battery(over5-6years).

2002 silverado 5.3. Was running rough all of a sudden then not at all. Fuel pump ok. Fuel filter replace. Got a full tank of gas the day before it happened. Had to tow from the freeway.

This could possibly be the anti theft system shutting down your injectors. This is common on GM vehicles. Turn your key forward 2 clicks in the ignition, if a light comes on that says SECURITY, then you no that it is the anti theft immobilizer shutting you down.

This link has info and some solutions to this problem. DO IT YOURSELF fixes too.

I just replaced altnator, car ran fine for 3 days now it keeps running down and shuting off after about15 min.alt light is not on and it jumps quick.could it be the batt?

You need to have the charging system tested.
The fact that the engine shuts down after a few minutes indicates that the alternator is not working. Once the engine is started, the alternator should provide sufficient electrical output to run everything in the vehicle except the starter. If the engine shuts down because of a lack of electrical power, you have an alternator problem; either internal or the wiring.
