Question about 2001 Chrysler Town & Country
Follow these steps: need 1 phillips head screw driver
1. There is a plastic piece that needs to pop up that sits over your steering wheel column. you may have to use a little force. It is only a snapped on piece.
2. this reveals 2 screws that need to come out as well as the the 2 screws up high on the black plastic bezel that encapulates the guages. wiggle the bezel out slowly.
3. there are 2 screws on the clear lens at the lower right and left sides. take these out. pop that clear lens off.
4. take the needle and spin it back around.
put all three plastic peices back on and your done.
What i dont know is why this happens. looks like some electric short as you start the car. this is the second time it has done it to me. I did this THIS MORNING in about 10 minutes.
