Question about 1994 Ford Taurus
Check your fuel line and since you have replaced your spark plugs, you may now want to check if there is spark coming out of it as that will make the plugs useless if the power is bad or voltage is low.
check your alternator and see if enough current is flowing as the fuel regulator will depend on it to work

I only have one comment.. All solutions are correct BUT the owner is not going to work on his own vehicle. If the dealer has not found it yet the owner never will The Dealer we all know can and will find it if they put there best tech on it and keep the car long enough. The same with any good repair facility. I could help but to what avail?
