Spark Plug Wires - Removal & Installation
3.5L Engine
To install:
NOTE
Twist the spark plug boot one-half turn in order to release the
boot. Pull on the spark plug boot only. Do not pull on the spark plug
wire or the wire could be damaged.

The cylinders from the passenger side to drivers side are
1-2-3-4
The coils from passenger to drivers side are
4-1-2-3
Match up the coil number to the cylinder number and you should be running in no time.

start with the serpentine belt side of the car (passenger) the first plug hole will be #1 then 2-4 as you work your way to the drivers side as Im guessing this is a 4 cylinder. The coil pack on the top of the engine has all the plug wires coming out of it and should be numbered 1-4 go accordingly from there.
