Look behind the headlamp assembly and you should see a cover. Turn this cover a 1/4 turn counter clockwise to remove it. Then pull the harness off the back of the bulb and push the retaining spring (clip) off to one side to release the bulb

There are two adjusting screws on the rear of the light unit, a local garage should not charge much, and they have the equipment to ensure the beams are set correctly.

switch or fuse remove fuse and replace one same amp
maybe both high beam in bulbs blown
but blue light not coming on would say a fuse or switch faulty

F 150 Head light issue

You know the fuse for the high beams is good ( Cab fuse panel fuse # 16 ) and the pass low beam fuse ( cab fuse panel # 26 ).
Might want to check cab fuse panel fuse #28 ( this is the driver's side low beam ).

If this fuse has power on both sides ( with the low beams on ) next you can pull the headlamps, and check for power at the connectors, but depending when the last bulb change took place, I would say you need need bulbs. ( need at least 1 for the high beam out )
Confirming with a meter at the headlamp would be a good idea, before spending the money.

The bulb connector has 3 pins.
Black wire is ground on both sides
Light Green w/ Black stripe wire is high beams on both sides
Driver Lo = Dark Blue w/ white stripe
Pass Lo = Dark Green w/ Orange stripe.

Hi-lo beam headights, healdlights only work in one

have you checked the fuse? if fuse is good and still have the same problem your next step would be to have the headlamp switch checked.

Both of my low beam head lights on a 1995 honda accord wont turn on so i have to drive with the high beam lights i have already cheked the fueses and they are all good

replace the high beam/dimmer switch, the contacts are defective for the low beam circuit which runs through the switch, this is the mulitifunction/turn switch on the steering column.
