Question about 2005 Ford Five Hundred

1 Answer

Under the hood in the engine compartment just top of the engine there is what looks to be an engine mount. This mount attaches from the reat fire wall to the top of the engine it seems to have a rubber style bushing that helps keep the engine balanced. The rubber piece in my 2005 Ford 500 detached and looks to be broken. Are you able to tell me what this is called, so I can replace it ?

There should be two or four mounting bolts accessed from under the dash. Usually the booster has studs and you remove the nuts.

Look under the hood for a plastic rectangular box mounted close to the top of the engine compartment, passenger side. Remove the lid by compressing the plastic clips and look inside that cover for which relay is for the headlights - there may be 2, but not likely.
