Does anyone have any suggestions regarding how to diagnose no power to front blower motor in a 2006 Ford Freestar mini van.

You also have the front blower motor speed controller and the electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module to check.

Just got 84 lasharo rv ac blower dont work cant find fuze

If a GM chassis and problem is dash air, remove the power wire from blower (under hood) & apply 12 volts directly in order to confirm blower even works. Next, pull blower relay harness & check for arcing/burnt wires & contacts (usually the culprit this year GM). If good, trace wire to relay and check for 12 volts at relay (be sure to use a test light) and do this across the ground and power wires to relay and, relay to blower. Bad grounds and burnt contacts on relays are more of a problem than fuses during these years.

2005 Ford Expedition heat/ac blower not working

I would start if you haven't already by checking the fuse. Below is a fuse layout diagram for your vehicle. The yellow arrow is pointing to the 40 amp fuse for the blower motor and the red arrow is pointing to the blower motor relay. If the fuse is good and having someone helping, while touching the relay with your finger have the other person turn the A/C fan on and see if you feel a click inside the relay. If you do not you may be dealing with a bad relay. You can also check to make sure you are getting power at the brown and yellow wire at the blower motor itself. Use a separate ground than the other wirw at the blower motor connector. You should have battery voltage there. If all is good so far you can put direct power and ground to the blower motor to see if it works and if it does you may be looking at the blow motor resister or the controller. I would need to know if you have a manual or automatic climate controlled system in prder to help further. This is all assuming you are talking about the front A/C system and not the rear or aux. A/C system. Hope this helps.....

The front a/c blower does not work, all fuses are good. please help

J, I am sending you some info to read but it appears that the most likely cause is the blower motor relay. Give the following notes a read and if you need some more help give me a buzz... Best of Luck..

Fuse is OK. Tests/Procedures: 1. At the blower motor, there is a Dark Blue wire. This wire should have battery voltage whenever the key is in the "on" position. Power for the blower motor comes from the blower relay.

2. Access the front blower relay, it is located on the driver's side under the dash, near the junction block. There will be four wires going to it. The Dark Green wire should have battery voltage all the time. The Dark Blue wire is going to the motor. The Black/Orange wire should have battery voltage with the key in the "on" position. The Black wire should be grounded at all times. On this circuit, the relay is energized whenever the key is in the "on" position. Potential Causes: Front Blower Relay
Front Blower Relay Wiring
Heater Ventilation Air Conditioner (HVAC) Control Head
Tech Tips: The front blower relay is located under the dash, on the driver's side. It may be necessary to remove the junction block (fuse and relay box) in order to see it. Diagnostic Codes: None

Blower stays on when car is turned off won't stop running until I disconnect the battery cable, tried the blower fuse that didn't work. 1995 olds auroa

If you pulled the 10 amp fuse in the I/P fuse block and the blower still worked than the the blower motor module is most likely the problem. It is fed by a 30 amp fus4e in the fuse block under the rear seat. That fuse is always hot and always supply power to the blower motor module. If you pull that fuse and the blower stops than it's pretty likely the blower module is the problem.

The blower module is located near the blower motor. It is usually held in place with 2 screws and will have four or five wires at the connector.

Front blower motor will not work in 1994 f 350 van all fuses are good no power anywhere (at switch, resistor, or blower motor in any position

check the 50 amp fuse in teh engine compartment fuse/realy box. Also check the blower motor relay that the fuse protects.
Alos, check fuse 9, 15 amp in fuse panel in truck.

Test by applying 12 volts to teh orange/red wire at teh blower motor connector. Use a 10 or 12 gauge wire with a 25 or 30 amp fuse in line.

No power getting to the front blower

no. the relays coil is fused # 12 fuse 10 amp and the other side is going directly to ground. the main power for blower goes through that relay and it is fused at # 107 and it is a 40 amp fuse. now the heater control unit witch is what they dials are controls the ground to the blower motor at different resistances with is determine by the dial to change speed.

now if you don't have power with key on at the blower motor i would check them to fuses and if they are okay you need to check the ground at relay socket witch will be the corresponding cavity for # 85 on the relay. if you have all of that and sill no power at blower replace relay.

but to tell you what i see most common is the blower resistor for the motor.

let me know if you have any more question and good luck
