If your car has a manual transmission , there won't be a dipstick or filler tube. Oil (fluid) is added through a plug on the top or side of transmission , depending on your vehicle make or model

The transmission oil go in to where the dip stick is.
Take the dip stick out and place a funnel and add.
Do not over fill it.
it is easy to add but harder to remove.
Some cars fluid has to check when car is running.
This web site will show how to.
