Chevy 1996 Tahoe 4X4 trouble code?

I have a chevy 1996 tahoe 4X4, I went to start my truck this morning and when I put the key in the starter the external and interal hazards started blinking and my dashboard and AC light started flashing also? My open door tone was also sounding and my door wasn't open. This happened for about 30 seconds and then everything turned off. The car won't even turn over and the battery light have the right charge. Is this a trouble code? If so, is there anywhere I can go and find out what the actual problem is?

dear friend:if your battery voltage measures more than 12v it appears to be ok,but it sounds that your not getting this power threw the system,remove both the cables from the battery and clean properly replace and secure,this might solve your problem
