There is no fuse that would keep the car from starting...
Check your battery 1st to make sure you have enough power to turn your starter over. Your battery may need a charge or may need replacement.
Next, check the cables and connections to the starter solenoid to make sure they are not damaged and are securely fastened.
If you hear a click,click,click, it indicates your starter solenoid is bad and needs replacement.
