Electric window will not operate on my 2001 jeep grand cherokee, while I was rolling the window up on the passenger side I heard something crackle and fall after this the window quit working alltogether and slowly fell all the way down, when I removed the door panel I found a small piece of white molding that had apparently broke but cannot find where it broke off.

White molding did it have gears on it? if so it;s the window regulator. and can be purchased at your local car shops like auto zone or pep boys even

the problem relates to this part please read the page to get a general idea of the cause. it;s cheap plastic part that failed and doped the window cable. here is the site.

How do I get the electric window on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee to roll back up?

Jeeps are really bad for the window regulators going bad. That's your problem. No fix for them, just replace it.

I have a lhd grand cherokee and ive lost positive feed to passenger side electric windows and folding door mirror checked fuses no fuse for electric windows

There is only one fuse for all power window and power mirror operation (Fuse 12 (50A) in under hood fuse panel). If the passenger side window and mirror functions are not working, and you have verified that there is no power going to the passenger door module (pin 1 of C1 connector), then there is a wiring issue in the harness.

Window on passenger side will not roll up

The Grand Cherokee has had many issues with the wiring in the drivers side door boot. The wire's insulation gets cut in cold weather causing the wires to break off. The wire, and controls in that door are considered master. If they fail, the other controls will not work.
I have fixed wire problems on these trucks from years 1993 to 2003.
Go figure.

Right window will not roll down..

Did you meter the wire at the master switch? If so and you have power the switch is bad, if not you have a short in the wire.

1999 Jeep Grand cherokee

Check the wiring between the drivers door and the A pillar(the body of the car). Sometimes the harness breaks from opening and closing the door.
