Remove the fluid pressure, compress the brake pads, remove the calipers, and with a hammer hit the roters near the middle so you dont damage the smoth portion of it and it should come right off.

this is stamped on the rotor, however sometimes you can`t read it. you can talk to a machine shop to get the spec. maximum allowable to remove usually is .060" before its no good that's from new thickness.

How to change thermostat

Well the thermostat is in the frount of the block under the timing cover. The easyist way to change it is take it to a mechanic. Or you will have to take bumper off and start removing all the stuff off the frount of the engine. Look up u tube there are some handy clips. But i would take to machanic.

Takeing off frount rotors

On some cars the rotors are held on by the wheels and a set screw-others by bolts-others are part of the hub. Remove the wheel and if you see a Philips head screw between the studs that is what you have got.

Trying to remove roter i removed the brakes caliber and mounts center bolt there are two screws on the roter it self but i dont know if they need to come off i never seen that before

yes they need to come off....and they dont need to be put back on..there only use is to hold the rotor inplace on the asmbley line

Removing the roter from the distributor, removed

just keep pulling and twisting, it will come off.
