Question about 2005 Mercury Mariner
I have a 1988 Ford econoline conversion van with a 351 cleveland engine. This van runs beatifully. But will sometimes stop running and will not start. It will work for days and sometimes will not start. I hate traveling and it will quit on me for some unknow reason. Then I need a ride back home. The fuel pumps and filters have been replaced, Fuel relays checked, any loose grounds i have found cleaned....What could it be? maatmartin7
Try replacing the spark signal pick-up bolted to the outside of the distributor--they're only good for about 50k miles--sometimes fail when hot
