I had the same problem, check the cabin air filter and under the glove box . i had 43k on the filters and they were seriously stopped by debris and dust etc. now a/c and 90 f heat is perfect. napa has a more comprehensive location on filter location for you and good quality filters.

Why does my mazda millenia ildle so high and theres no check light on

The most simple reason is a vac leak or a faulty idle air control valve.
The computer controls idle speed by the amount of air allowed into the throttle body.
The throttle plate could be stuck open, or the idle air valve could be stuck, or you could have a large vac leak.

01 mazda millenia stops running no fuel

Need more info...........

Check the fuel pump. Do you hear it kick on for about 2 seconds when you turn the ignition key foward (but do not start engine)?

Remove fuel line from inlet to throttle body. Have someone turn key while holdinga rag over the hose end. If fuel comes out, it another problem- perhaps a loose wire, or a bad computer board (they go bad sometimes after car was in an accident).

95 Mazda Millenia wont turnover

If I am understanding you correctly you are saying that the starter turns sometimes and the engine does not, if this is the case the problem is the startr drive inside of the starter. If you are mechanically inclined this is alot cheaper to repair then replacing the starter. Good luck and remember to rate all the solutions you get, thanx.
