Yes it is the tool for fuel lines and ac lines. Your local autoparts store should have them, they are universal. You need to use the small end for the fuel filter.

this could possibly be a coil misfiring you should have this scanned, and tested for a misfire.

The fuel filter is located just inside the inner frame of the vehicle directly below the driver door. You will need the 3/8 filter removal tool to remove the fuel lines. These tools can be found at your local autozone or oreilly auto parts stores. Good Luck.

So , does it have fuel pressure? have you checked the Inertia Switch? You dont replace spark plugs or filter because all of a sudden it wont start.
