well seeing that truck has a carb then you have three things that are main causes for this issues. you have checked comp. and spark and assuming they are good from my end then i would say their must be an intake leak on those cylinders! if not then you have to recheck your spark issue on those cylinders! good luck

if it has eletronic ign check your coils if older truck with distributer check the cap lugs, and the dist shaft for movement
