A/C GOES OUT AND HEAT DOESN'T WORK

1992 GMC C1500 350 3.7l - I bought this and found out if you disconnect the neg battery cable and leave it off for a minute or two it will reset the A/C - however this fix worked quit well months ago, but now it seems like I'm having to do it for maybe 5 mins of air. I traced the wire for compressor to the realy switch under the hood on under the black cover that say relay switch on the right hand side. I have a feeling it's the switch. The info on the switch

It definately indicates that it is a relay for the A/C -

So since I already gotten a new battery and the old neg cable trick is not working anymore I am looking for a new relay switch to see if that fixes the problem. It has a new fan clutch and I know the A/C, compressor and fan and freon are all okay and this is the only thing I haven't checked. It isn't the fuses unless there are fuses inside the relay switch.

If a neww switch works I'll let ya know, and if anyone has found any other answers to this problem let me know. Cause I live in the desert!!!
