If you are referring to the mirror mount on tne windshield..there is a small hex screw on tne underside of tne mount that tightens the mirror to tne mount..just find the size very small and tighten it..ask at any of the auto parts stores..the screws are pretty much the same..Good luck...
there should be a set screw but if not and you see a little slot at the bottom of the mirror stick a very small screw driver in to press a tang inside and push the mirror up the little metal piece will stay on the window
I would unscrew the 3 screws and take the mirror out, to try and see why theyre not holding it properly. maybe use epoxy to fix the broken bracket and then screw the mirror back on.
1. You will need to disconnect the wire cove from the upper mirror base. (See image below) 2. Use a flat blade screw driver to disconnect the electrical connector from the mirror. Number 1 in the image. 3. Use a torx driver to loosen the set screw that holds the mirror base to the windshield button.
4. Slide the mirror upward off the the rear view mirror button; number 1 in the image below.
There should be a small set screw on the side of the metal pad that tightens against the mirror to keep it from wobbling. It may be loose or missing. It takes a very small allen wrench to tighten the set screw. If tightening the screw doesn't stop the wobbling, you can loosen it far enough to slide the mirror up and out of the bracket. Slide the other mirror into the bracket and tighten the set screw.
