you don't actually need to follow actual factory torque specs. but just in case if you really want to do by using a torque wrench it is tightened down in 2 steps. work from center to outer bolts. first torque spec is 9-26 inch pounds, then second step is 65-82 inch pounds.
The spec is 12 ft lbs of torque. Use a an even pattern when you tighten the bolts, this assures the gasket will not be damaged and create another leak.
