Please always include year, make, model and engine size. Detail the problem as clearly and thoroughly as possible. If this isn't a vehicle your inquiring about please list it under the proper subject not cars and trucks.

How do i poisition the gaskets on the valves in a champion air compressor mod.r15b

WTF are you idiots talking about? A compressor doesn't have any of the parts you're talking about.

Put the copper gasket on top so the cover compresses it when you snug it down.

the engine in your vehicle is the rover kv6 its a good engine unless it overheats! and the most likely cause is the lower of the cylinder liner seals have failed if the engine overheats it tries to sieze and the liners move up/down and hammers the cylinder heads/gaskets causing damage to the head surface but the main prob because they are wet liners the lower seal to the block fails. its only loctite or similar and gives the problem you have the only way is to remove the engine and replace or rebuild it

Stalled while driving, was over heating, leaking water under dash from heater core. and code came up multi cylinder misfire at diagnostic check. and crankshaft sensor.

The car has overheated and the top gasket has probably blown. You will have to check the oil and if it is milky there is water in and the top gasket is blown. The motor have to be reconditioned.

Car turns over but does not start. Battery good

If it over heated, could have bad head gasket's, fill radiator with water, crank engine with radiator cap off, if water is push out of radiator while cranking, bad head gaskets', also remove spark plug's, crank engine if any water, bad head gasket, also when spark plug's removed, check for any water on them.If there is any water on plug's, bad head gasket, also could try doing a cylinder compression test, if bad compression, head gasket, no compression, wont start that way.

I need directions to change my water pump

drain engine coolant.relieve belt tension .and remove the drive belt.remove upper fan shroud.remove fan or fan and clutch assembly.remove water pump pulley and coolant hoses from water pump.remove water pump bolts.then remove pump from engine.pay attention to bolts location because they are different lenghts.clean water pump gasket mounting surface dont scratch .or pump gasket wont seal and leak .apply sealant to water pump bolts.install water pump with new gasket.if gasket paper put a sealant on it.torque water pump bolts to 30 ft lbs.if you got a 2.2L engine torque water pump bolts to 18 ft lbs.install coolant hoses on pump .install water pump pulley.install fan and fan clutch assembly.install the drive belt .and the upper fan shroud.fill the radiator with coolant.then run engine to check for leaks.WARNING AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION REMOVE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE SO CAR WONT BE CRANK BY ACCIDENT. ALSOOOO DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF RADIO FIRST BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY SO YOU WONT LOSE YOUR RADIO CODE.

94 caprice v8 an i cant spin wheels (burnout) what to do

Sounds like the timing is retarded. Loosen the distributor hold down bolt and turn the distributor counter clockwise about a half inch or so. Then drive the car. If it runs better then get a timing light and set the timing to 10 to 15 degrees before top dead center (btdc) at idle with EST disabled (if equipped) or if it has a vacuum advance with vacuum hose disconnected. Good luck.
