NO , there is not a fuse just for those two thing's ! There are two power supply's for the whole insturment cluster . You could need a new cluster or the ECM isn't sending this info. to the cluster . Could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the PCM or the insturment cluster . Without knowing how this works (insturment cluster gets it's info.) Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop that has the knowledge and test equipment to diagnose this problem.
Engine Oil Pressure Gage
The instrument panel cluster (IPC) displays the engine oil pressure as determined by the engine control module (ECM). The IPC receives a serial data message from the ECM indicating the engine oil pressure. The engine oil pressure gage defaults to 0 psi (0 kPa) or below if:
• The ECM detects a malfunction in the engine oil pressure sensor circuit.
• The IPC detects a loss of serial data communications with the ECM.
For the 4.2L LL8, the ECM uses an engine oil switch that is open when the oil pressure is normal and closed when the oil pressure is low. At normal pressure, the engine oil pressure gage will display 275 kPa (40 psi). At low pressure, the gage will go to 0 kPa and the low pressure warning will be displayed in the driver information center (DIC). At high pressure, the gage will display 551 kPa (80 psi). Any values between these three values are calculated values determined by the ECM.
The instrument panel cluster (IPC) displays the vehicle voltage based on the information from the body control module (BCM). The IPC uses the serial data information from the BCM to provide a voltage level indication on the voltmeter.

Install a scan tool.
Turn the ignition ON, with the engine OFF.
With the scan tool, perform the instrument panel cluster (IPC) gauges output control.
Does the volt gauge move up and down when commanded?
CHECK REFRIGERANT CHARGE. USING A MANIFOLD GAUGE SET. HOOK MANIFOLD GAUGE SET TO LOW PRESSURE PORT AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE PORT. LOW SIDE PRESSURE SIDE SHOULD HAVE 25 - 36 PSI AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE SHOULD BE 178 - 237 PSI. IF LOW SIDE PRESSURE SIDE READ BELOW 20 PSI THE LOW PRESSURE SWITCH WILL NOT TURN ON THE AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH NEED TO ADD LITTLE MORE REFRIGERANT. IF REFRIGERANT LEVEL CORRECT CHECK AC COMPRESSOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF POWER GOING TO AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH YOUR COMPRESSOR CLUTCH HAS OPEN WINDING. AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH NEED REPLACING.
to prevent damage to the air conditioning system there is a "low pressure switch" located on the condenser near the low pressure hose (large one) .. if the refrigerrant (R134A) gets too low then the clutch will be blocked from activating by that switch .. you can have your system tested and recharged or you can do that yourself .. the R134A is available at auto parts stores .. some come with a gague that is required for proper charge .. if you dont already have a gage then yoiu will need that one ... recharge kits often come with instructions .. other less likely but possible problems could be a fuse or bad AC clutch relay. sometimes damaged wiring or bad clutch will be the problem but much more likely just low fluid ..
The low pressure switch is located on the accumulator, and you only need to remove the connector to the low pressure switch and jumper the wire connector to by-pass the low pressure switch, however I would not recommend doing so because it is there to keep the AC compressor from being damaged due to running it low on R-134a.
If you are trying to charge the AC system you do not need to by-pass the low pressure switch, just start the vehicle and turn the AC on to maximum, then charge the AC system and when there is enough pressure in the system the compressor will come on, and then just continue to fully charge the AC system.
If it is a 2.4 quad four engine,it is under the car right off the ac compressor,if it is a v 6 then look and find the ac compressor,and follow the large line from the ac compressor until you come to it.
Have the pressure checked. There is a switch that keeps the compressor off if the pressure is too low. This is the most common cause of no AC. Of course you can also have a bad compressor(this usually makes lots of noise) Or a bad expansion valve. Possibly the switch in the dash but that is pretty rare.
It could be right on the edge of having enough pressure to satisfy the low sensor to run. This will continue till a evac and refill of the correct amount of refrig.to the system. The outside temps affect these pressures. Mark
If you look on the low pressure side of the AC system you will see a plug that is incorporated in to the line. It will have two wires leading to it. Remove the plastic clip that attaches the two wires to the sensor and use a short piece of wire to connect the two terminals in side the plug by putting the ends into the cap. This will bypass the low pressure sensor and allow the AC clutch to engage and begin to cycle again. Remember this low pressure switch is there for a reason. If you don't add more r-134 to the system and allow the AC compressor to cycle you will destroy the compressor. You need to charge the system when you bypass the low pressure switch and get the system up to full charge status and reconnect the switch.
