Anti-Freeze found on floorboard of passenger side interior

When antifreeze finds it's way onto the floorboard of the vehicle, it's more than likely a leaky heater core is the culprit. The heater core is like a small radiator located under the dahsboard mounted inside a plastic housing. The hot antifreeze running through it creates the heat that is delivered to you whenever you turn on your cars heater. When the heater core develops a leak, the lost antifreeze seeps through the seams of the heater core housing and onto the floorboard of the vehicle. You have 2 options: You can have the core replaced by a professional, (cost approximately $250-$350), or you can by-pass the heater core by removing the 2 rubber hoses that connect to it and splicing them together. Both procedures will stop the leak, but by-pasing will leave you with no heat at all. By-passing is much less expensive than replacing. So if money is more of deciding factor than having heat, then bypass!

Coolant boils, over heats, not the head gasket or water pump. Had some wet on passanger carpet. Hear liquid swishing????

If the carpet is wet on the passenger side then it is most likely the Heater Core that is leaking and needs to be replaced. The heather core is located just above the passnger floor under the dash.

Water is dripping from outer heater unit and soaking passanger side of front carpet.

There are two causes of fluid dripping from the heater core/ac evaporator housing. First, if it is running inside the vehicle and getting the carpet wet as described then it is most likely a bad heater core leaking antifreeze into the cab. Secondly, if it is dripping outside only when the a/c or defroster is running then it is the normal expulsion of condensation and is harmless.

The right floor board of my car is wet. and it has a stinky odor!

Probably a stinky but almost kinda sweet odor.... right?
That's antifreeze leaking from your heater core. Sometimes leaving the heater off will stop the leak temporarily, but sometimes in November leaving the heater off is not an option, unless you live in Florida. The correct procedure is to replace the core which is a very involved job. The last one I had done required removal of the dash and cost around $500.
You can bypass the heater under the hood but that is only a temporary cure and will disable your heater and then you have two things to fix later, the core and undoing the bypass.
