Its common problem on dodge sprinters, change your turbo resonator, its plastic, replace it with after market solid aluminium one.

If the boost hoses come off under boost the ECU detects loss of boost and shut off half your power as a default. With the hood/bonnet openand wheels chocked, have someone run a stall test.....in drive, holding the foot brake on firmly, and bring rev's up until boost is being made...and watch for a hose coming off or split boost hose. As the boost builds you will hear the HISS.

Automatic transmission the car drives for 5 mins and will stop if i put it off and start again it will go for another five min

I believe the problem you do have with your auto-transmission,is with the electronics, probably with ECU of the gear box. By switching off the car and restart and the gear box works for five minutes and then the same thing again from the beginning, is like by switching off you do clear and reset the program of your ECU.
It is recommended to apply to a qualified Garage for a better and safe repair.

My first guess would be the fuel filter. It is probably almost completely plugged.
