Car is a 2004 Monte Carlo SS Supercharged. My check engine light will come on for about a day and then go out for two or three days, and then back on. It stays on steady and does not blink. All gauges...

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5932051-check_engine_light_check and let me know if you have questions.

Be sure to ask for the history when you get a scan. The computer stores all codes, even if the light has gone off. Report the codes back to us for analysis.
