Starting problem

Sounds like a fuel problem. However need to know more. Where did you attach wire to?
I am thinking you may have a bad fuel pump relay but, hard to tell without the car here.

on the bottem of of the starter there are two copper plates that a plunger like piece touches when turning the key. if those are wore down then it wont start. water could have gotten in between the plunger thing and the copper plates.

Pontiac will not start,it acts like there no fuel going through, checked all fuzes

Dear Mr. Ortiz, there are a number of things that could be causing your "no start" condition. Checking the fuses was a good start at eliminating avenues. If all your fuses check out good in the interior and the exterior(under the hood) fuse boxes and your fuel pump relay is not malfunctioned the next step i would take is to check the intank fuel pump. I suggest turning the key on to the on position without engaging the starter and listen for a electric bussing sound to come from the fuel tank area. it wont stay buzzing for more than a feww seconds at most because after the fuel is pressured up in the line it shuts off. turn the key on and off a few times. If its working you will hear it. have a friend help. if your pump is heard working. you could have a plugged fuel filter restricting your fuel to the engine. if youve recently had a new filter installed, next in line would be the fuel pressure regulator. Start with these things to check. It could be that your pump is working but not pressuring up to standard pressure or you have a leak in the lines somewhere. Remember to use caution while working around fuel lines.

1987 Chrysler 5th Ave. Worked before Storms came through now just turns over but wont start! Lighting struck about 50 feet from the car and now car just cranks over, gets Gas, and Spark But wont Start....

if there was alot of rain the cap and wires may have gotten soaked and need to be dried out or even replaced even if they were replaced in dec.its possible that the lightening strike being so close to your car,it may have affected the computer to control things in the proper order and sequence or sensors and wiring, even if it was not a direct hit.remember lightening has way over the voltage a car can safely handle.its probably a good idea if the first part of this is good to have a shop check this out and it may be covered under your insurance.

How come heater fan wont blow

there are a few things that will cause this problem.
1. it could be the heater fan fuse
2. could be the heater fan motor itself
3, a bad switch or relay

check the fuse and then check for voltage at the heater motor itself, if you have voltage at the heater motor,, give the heater motor box a love tap with your hand and see if it starts to turn, if it does not turn or even if it does ( after tapping it ) - it is time to replace the heater motor.

I am working on a 1990 handa accord weth a 2.2 sohc auto trans. I replaced the cv axle and replaced the throttle body weth one off a prelude weth the same motor. It ran for a few but then i turned it off...

If it sounds like it is out of time or sounds differently when cranking as compared to how it sounded when it did run, you might remove the cover over the timing belt so that you can see the camshaft pulley & it's timing marks. Make sure the marks are aligned when the crankshaft pulley is at top dead center. If it has gotten out of time the timing belt may be broken or have a few teeth stripped off of it. good luck.

Air suspension is dead on the ground fuse is good will not raise?

Check the suspension switch on the trunk, I think is on the driver side, something should happen if you turn it on/off.

1998 Ford Explorer Wont Start. :(

Only make right turns! Only kidding! Have you hit a bump lately? Ford uses an Inertia switch to cut off fuel flow when triggered.Have that checked and reset.
