Question about 1991 Saab 900
I just purchsed the car and received it today, I have a broken drivers seat. When I lift the lever to move the seat back the seat does not move. It is free on the side toward the door but will not release on the side towards the passenger.
Try and look and inspect the under-side of that particular seat in question, what I will call it is the thru-rod from side-to-side isn't letting the seat move on the right side of that particular single seat its on, probably a cam adjust not opening to move seat fwd or aft and what has probably happened is you have dirt under there and the opposite side locking of the particular seat can't unlock to move with the side,or its out of adjustment, remove the seat and inspect mechanical moving parts there-in under if its electrically operated remove wires and do the same test
