Question about 1989 Toyota Pickup SR5
I have a 1989 Toyota V-6 3.0 4X4 SR-5 P/U. The issue I am having is that the check engine light comes on around 1500 – 2000 RPM’s or approximately 15 – 20 MPH when moving forward.
When the truck is in neutral and I rev the engine to 3000, the light does not come on. It has been this way for approx. one-year.
The mechanic already re-set the codes by disconnecting the battery, but I still have the issue.
What could it be?
Disconnecting the battery wont always reset stored codes scan it get a code number look it up by number on google search
