Remove heater hose from heater core on 2001 Saturn l200

Many times a heater hose is so tight that even after you have removed the hose clamp you can't get it lose. If you can't get a pair of pliers to lightly twist the hose you may have to make a longitudinal cut on the hose with a knife or exacto knife to loosen it and then replace the hose after you get if off.

2004 saturn l300 heater fan motor cuts in and out cuts out for 20 minutes at a time.

Check connections to the fan speed resistor module for looseness, and the resistor module itself for heat damage or intermittency.
The resistor module is in the heater fan ducting in the fan airflow.
Alternatively, the fan motor may be faulty (or have worn brushes)- apply power directly to the motor supply connections to ensure it runs ok.

check the plug wires-it is also possible the coils may be getting power and not putting spark out-the saturns are very common for ignition modules going bad(this is what the coils set inside of)-what happens is the 4 bolts that seccure the module stretch out and corrosion collects underneath the module causing it to go bad-you may need to replace the wires-ignition module-and bolts
