I would guess by your question that you are used to Fords. Chrysler vehicles do not use these switches. just pressure switches and fuel pump relay. from relay power then goes right to the fuel pump.

Could be the fuel pump or pump relay going bad.To check relay simply replace it with another.It also could be the crank sensor or cam sensor.

Hi, the Dodge Caravan doesn't use an inertia switch. The fuel pump is controlled by a relay. The fuel control is computer controlled related to the engines operating state.
