Question about 1996 Dodge Intrepid
If this is electric, the switch or motor is faulty. You cantest them with a a voltmeter/ohmmeter or get a multi-tester. See if switch is allowing power, if so , then test motor. If there is power to motor and motor won't move, it is faulty.
