Question about 2009 Jeep Patriot
There are no adjustments to this horn. It's located in the bottom, left of the engine compartment. To gain access you have to remove the left side inner wheel well cover, there are 7 push screws retainers and 3 regular screws holding it in place. 5 of the push screw retainers are along the inside and top cover, the last two are along the bottom of the front fender, on the far left. The 3 screws are pretty obvious once you start working on it. Once the inner fender cover is off you'll see two main wire junctions and a bank of relays. The horn is located directly behind them. It's bolted to the left side lower frame. By the way the Patriots have only one (high) horn unlike most other vehicles which have two (high and low). The best part about this is that there is plently of room down there to mount a three trumpet train horn and small compressor. That's 150db that nobody can miss
