Question about 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Buy manual at auto parts store, check fuses by pulling proper fuse and looking for burnt look or metal missing, listen for relay tripping

I had this same problem about 4 months ago, turns out then fan relay went bad, I didn't have time to deal with it at the time to fix it myself... I should have made time. Turns out it was a big job that required pulling off of the front bumper, headlight assembly in order to get to the relay (I think the grill had to come off too but can't remember). Apparently our 2003 jeep GC have this problem, I have a co-worker who's buddy had this thing blow often and he actually reloacted the relay at the top of the engine compartment because of the frequency of this mechanism failing. He used it to tow a large boat of rugged terrain, hope only once is my number. Good luck, hope this helps
