You mean the passenger side torque mount? You need a socket and wrench, I believe they are 18mm, and a jack to raise and lower the engine. Floor jacks work best.

1998 Honda Civic LX engine motor mount replacement

You will need a suitable jack to support the engine for mount replacement. Some mount removel/replacement will require additional parts to be removed for access to the mounts. Experience is the biggest tool to have in your tool box for this type of repair as info on mount replacement is usually very scant

I have pulled trans pan on 1996 sunfire but still dont see shift silinoids.where are they hiding?

Most of the shift solenoids are located under the "side" pan of the transmission, not the underside transmission pan. The side pan is difficult to access and might best be handled by someone who has removed this type of cover before.

How do I replace the motor mounts on my 2001 Toyota Camry Solora xle v6

Ok, first off apply E brake. Second, locate motor mounts usually on side bottom, connect to frame. Third jack up car place jack stands. Fourth, disconnect all wiring, maf, pretty much anything and everything that will get in way. Fifth, grab cherry picker, connect engine to cherry picker. Sixth, disconnect engine from trans, or leave connected but might be more difficult for some. Seventh, unbolt engine from mounts(usually 3or so bolts on each mount), do not rock engine, raise cherry picker(or crane some call it different)when tension on chain slowly rock engine. Should pop out unless you missed a bolt.

Front right motor mount bad

Motor mounts can be replaced with some basic tools. You will probably need a floor jack and a block of 2x4 to raise the engine by the oil pan.A prybar will help to get the old mount out.You will need the correct size sockets/wrenches,of course. This job is much easier with a lift, but can be done without one.

Water pump leaking

If you have a 2.4 liter engine, you would be well-advised to take this to a mechanic rather than try replacing it yourself. The water pump in the 2.4 liter engine is driven off of the timing chain, and is on the back side of the engine. You have to remove the serpentine belt, right-side motor mount, harmonic balancer, timing cover, timing chain tensioner, timing chain, exhaust manifold, upper exhaust pipe, etc. When you put it all back together, you have to make sure to properly re-time the cams to the crank shaft. Without a vehicle hoist and a number of special tools, the job would probably take a good amateur mechanic about one full weekend to complete. A well-practiced professional with the right tools can do it in about 6 hours.

If you have the 3.1L V6, the water pump is pretty easy to get to. Just remove the serpentine belt and then unbolt the water pump and remove it from the engine. I would think an amateur could do it in 2-3 hours, and a professional could do it in less than one.
