Timming belt not broken does not turn

Are you sure it is the timing belt and not the serpentine belt? In order to see the timing belt you would need to remove parts and a cover on the front of the engine. The sepentine belt runs the alternator, A/C compressor, power steering pump among others.

I've 1995 eagle talon esi non turbo 2.0 dohe I was driveing it and it stooped running it will turn over but won't start what can Ido

check the timming belt. it sounds like you have broken the timming belt remove the belt cover and make sure that the camshafts are turning when you are cranking the engine, if the belt has broken you will most likly have to remove the cylinder head and replace all the valves, when this engine brakes the timming belt the valves will hit the top of the pistons and bend the valves...good luck

1995 mercury villager timming belt instalation, when I removed the old belt , I dont check the aligment points & I switch on the engine & I miss the camshaft & sproket points; what can I do to...

In my opinion you need to re-do the belt and line up the points, Does the vehicle run? If not don't try to turn it over to much, could possibly cause a bent pushrod, take the belt back off and align the points

The squeeling noise you hear could be the bearings in your power steering pump, when bearings go bad they tend to make a squeeling noise.
